蘇一帆，2019年本科畢業于清華大學，獲電氣工程學士學位；2024年博士畢業于清華大學，獲電氣工程博士學位，博士論文獲評清華大學優秀博士論文。研究興趣包括分布式能源的分布式能量管理、產消者的能量共享市場、需求側響應等。2024年7月入職重慶大學電氣工程學院，隸屬電力系統可靠性分析與優化課題組，任“弘深啟航學者”，副教授，碩導。近年來發表SCI/EI論文20余篇，并擔任IEEE TSG、IEEE TPWRS、CSEE MPCE、CSEE JPES、IET RPG等國內外知名期刊的審稿人。
